As this is handled on a per email, per client, per sender basis, an effective method to prevent any technical issues with delivery of your email is to ensure that you have set up a valid SPF record that is pointing to our send servers

A great tool to check if you have added us to your SPF records is ‘MX Toolbox’ ( To use this you will need to type spf:<yourdomain> into the box.

To find your domain, for example: if your email is ‘’ your domain would be ‘

If ‘’ appears in the list then you are all set to go, if it does not you do not have the BriefYourMarket SPF record.

You will need to include "" to your SPF record.
