Firstly, you need to make sure that you have added ‘mail.briefyourmarket.com’ to your SPF Records; a great guide can be found here. Without this, mail that comes through Brief Your Market might not end up in the correct folder.
If you have added BriefYourMarket to your SPF Records we would recommend that you review the content of your email. The BriefYourMarket system has an automatic Spam Score that can be seen on the “Last Call” page.
