Unsubscribing a contact is easy! Please follow the following steps:
- Log on to your instance – example.briefyourmarket.com/management
- Once on the homepage click on Audience- All Contacts.
- Type in the contacts email, first name or last name
- Once you have found the contact that you are looking for click the edit button on the left-hand side.
- Scroll down to Subscription Channels and untick the relevant box. Only make them inactive by changing the status section below this if you don’t want them to receive transactional emails.
