From the Automation tab on your BriefYourMarket.com platform, go to All Triggers and click on the Summary button next to your chosen trigger.
From this trigger summary page, you will be able to see the specific time and date that each trigger was sent and to whom it was delivered.
You will also be able to see how many recipients responded – i.e. by opening your trigger email or by clicking on a link.
Click Summary again to move forward.
This will lead you to the Response Summary page.
Here you can see a summary of the trigger; including an overview on which of your recipients interacted with your links, and how many times they did so, etc.
To view different reports, click on the Reports
tab (as shown in the image to the right).
This will open a drop down list of varying reports
for you to choose from.
From the Interaction Status Report, you can access invaluable customer interaction insight.
In the above report, the example contact came up under Delivered and Responded, meaning that they received the email and have opened it.
The below list details the types of reports that can be found in the Interaction Status Report section.
Queued for Delivery – any emails queued to be delivered.
Delivering – any emails that are currently being delivered.
Delivered and Not Responded – emails that have been sent but have not yet been opened.
Delivered and Responded – emails that have been sent and opened by the recipient.
Hard Bounce – email messages that have been returned to the sender because the recipient’s address is invalid. A hard bounce might occur because the domain name does not exist or because the recipient is unknown.
Soft Bounce – email messages that get as far as the recipient's mail server but are bounced back undelivered before they reach the intended recipient. A soft bounce might occur because the recipient's inbox is full.
No Articles – this is not relevant to triggers.
Failed – any failed sends.
Unsubscribed – anyone who has unsubscribed.
Abuse – anyone who has reported abuse.
By clicking on the Interactions button next to your contacts’ details, you will have further insight into their BYM interactions, such as; previous emails that they have received, how many times they opened those emails, and how many times they have clicked on various links.
This is a great way to check if your contacts have received a sent trigger. (See example below).
