Uploading via the Media Library
Uploading in the Email Editor
Visual content will enhance the quality of your email campaigns. Many studies have shown that images increase attention span and interest, and at BriefYourMarket.com, we make storing and using pictures in your marketing campaigns easy so that you achieve the best results possible.
There are two ways of uploading images through the BriefYourMarket.com platform, either through the ‘Media Library’ or through the ‘Email Editor’.
Uploading via the Media Library
To access the media library, click on the ‘Emails’ tab and hover your mouse over the ‘Content’ button. A dropdown box will then appear. From here, click on ‘Media Library’.
You should see a screen similar to this:
Uploading your image
This is where you can upload, manage and view your images. To upload an image, simply click on the green upload button
This will bring up another box with some options. In most cases, your images will not be zipped so you can go ahead and click on ‘Select’. If they are zipped, however, you will need to check the ‘Unzip zip files’ box, as shown below.
Please also note which files types are compatible with BriefYourMarket.com.
Once you have clicked on ‘Select’, your file explorer will appear. From here, you need to navigate to the images that you want to upload.
Once you have clicked on that image, the name will appear in the ‘filename’ box. At this point you can click on the ‘Open’ button.
This will have now inserted your image into one of the image boxes, as shown below.
Now that you have added your image, you can go ahead and click ‘Upload’.
This will have now added the image to your media library.

Uploading in the Email Editor
If you are already in the email editor, it may be easier to upload an image from there, rather than by exiting the editor.
To do this, all you need to do is to go to the ‘image panel’ within the editor.
To upload an image, press on the ‘Upload’ button. This will bring up a box where you can change your file path, add files, view files, or delete files.
If you click on the ‘Add files’ button it will bring up the file explorer box again. You would then utilise the steps mentioned in method 1 – uploading via the Media Library.
Select the image and click ‘Open’.
The ‘Upload’ button should now light up green. If it is still grey, then a possible cause is that the image already exists in BriefYourMarket.com.
To fix this, you can either find the original image or click on the ‘Overwrite’ box.
Press upload and that is it, you have successfully uploaded an image to BriefYourMarket.com through the email editor
