You have exceeded your licence agreement

This message is displayed when you have exceeded your contract maximum active and subscribed subscribers, this is based on the whole number of your contacts, not just the ones you are sending to. For example, you could have a maximum contacts licence agreement of 10,000 contacts and have 24,000 active and subscribed contacts in your system. In this scenario, you won't be able to send any communications until either your subscriber list is lowered or you have increased your maximum subscribers.

The best way to check this would be to head over to your subscription report page and see how many active and subscribed contacts you have.

To do this, head over to your contacts tab of your BriefYourMarket system

Then in the top bar, click on "reports" then click on "Subscription Summary"

You will see at the top of the page underneath the title, it will give you a rundown of your subscribed contacts. This page also shows you information like assigned brands, preferences and more.

We are going to want to pay attention to the second number in the paragraph, where it reads "of which (NUMBER) are subscribed and active."

That is your number of active and subscribed contacts.

If you would like to see your maximum contacts please see your signup form or consult your account manager or customer care team.
